..started at 6pm when I walked out of the office into the most perfect of settings. This is London at its understated best and you couldn't help but be buoyed by the weather. Springtime in London when the flowers are beginning to peek through the remnants of winter, that gentle breeze that cause you to ponder whether you should actually be wearing your thick coat or literally throw caution to the wind. I love walking around this time of year. There is just so much excitement in the air just as if we were all hibernating all this while and it is time to wake up. Just perfect for Easter weekend. You should see the sky, it is bright blue with imaginative clouds just as if its taken right out of a painting. Almost unreal but strangely compelling. Frisbees and ice-creams, bbq and lounge chairs, scarves and the most daring hats you would ever wear... its all coming out. So Easter bunnies, chocolate eggs, floral prints, sleeveless white t-shirts, the latest sunglasses, camera in tow, smiles all around, horses and hounds, busking in the sun, sing a little ditty.... for Spring is officially here and love is in the air.
I could write more for I am quite (geekily I know) ...overwhelmed but I need to go out and enjoy this. And how was your day?
